Make sure you give your posy a drink of some fresh cool water after four hours, and on our hot Brissy days, use cold water to keep your stems vibrant.
If it’s a hot day, you may find that your posy has wilted a little. If this is the case, lay your posy in a shallow bath of cold water for around 20 minutes. By tomorrow they will be back to life and in fine form.
If you change the water in your vase regularly, you’ll find that your posy can last over a week!
