Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Poco Posy and the purchase of any goods from it. This website is owned and operated by Poco Posy Pty Ltd.
By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any disclaimers and limitations of liability. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Poco Posy reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Prices and Payment
- Prices may change without notice, but any new price will be clearly displayed on our product pages.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST
- We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & Stripe, Afterpay
Ordering
- For Poco Posy to process your order we need some information from you, e.g. your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
- For information on how we obtain, store and use your personal information please see our Privacy Policy.
- Payment will need to be confirmed before we can send your flowers.

Where We Deliver
- See the list of suburbs we delivery to – including all buildings and hospitals within these suburbs

We deliver to selected suburbs and surrounding hospitals, businesses, and residential addresses within our delivery areas.
Delivery Hours
- Business addresses: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Residential addresses: 7:00am – 7:00pm
While we always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If no one is available to receive the flowers, our drivers may leave the order in a safe location at or near the delivery address. If required, we may contact the sender to advise where the flowers have been left.
If we believe there is no safe place to leave the order, we will contact the sender to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional delivery fee.
A delivery confirmation text message will be sent to the sender once the order has been delivered.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
As flowers are a fresh and seasonal product, availability can vary daily due to weather, seasonal conditions, and grower supply.The flowers pictured on our website are examples of style, size, and colour palette only. While we always aim to create arrangements as pictured, specific flower varieties may need to be substituted depending on availability.Where substitutions are required, our florists will always ensure the overall style, value, and aesthetic of the arrangement remains as close as possible to the original design.If a substitution would result in a significantly different arrangement, we will contact the sender where possible before dispatch.
Advance Orders

If you choose to place an order for a future delivery date, you acknowledge that the exact flower selection and arrangement style may vary from the product images shown at the time of purchase.
If supply issues arise prior to delivery, we will contact the sender as soon as possible and provide the option of:
- a suitable substitution,
- rescheduling the delivery, or
- a full refund.

Warranties, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to our quick turn around times we’re unable to refund if you change your mind about a ‘send now’ purchase.
- We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
- If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost.
- Like people, every flower is different and some are more delicate than others. You should expect your flowers to last at least 3 days. If for any reason (excluding extreme spikes in temperature) they last less than 3 days, or you’re not happy with your order, please let us know immediately so we can do our best to make things right.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or faulty items. Because flowers are perishable, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or if the recipient is not available to receive the order.
How to Request a Return
To report a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- your order number,
- a description of the issue, and
- clear photographs of the product as received.

Refunds
If an order is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will provide either:
- a replacement product, or
- a full refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion where the same or a similar product is available. If an exchange cannot be arranged, a refund will be provided instead.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to guarantees that products:
- are of acceptable quality,
- are fit for purpose, and
- match their description.
Please note that flower arrangements may vary slightly from website images due to seasonal availability and the natural variation of fresh flowers.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, logos, graphics, and designs, are the intellectual property of Poco Posy Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
